"Daily Show," "Colbert Report" headed for Hulu (Reuters)

NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) - Hulu will offer full-lengthepisodes of Comedy Central's "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart"and "The Colbert Report," the companies said Tuesday.

The shows are from Viacom's MTV Networks and mark the firsttime that the conglomerate's content will be on Hulu, which isa joint venture of News Corp. and NBC Universal. CBS, whichshares chairman Sumner Redstone with Viacom, does not have apartnership with Hulu.

Hulu is not the only Web destination that will have "TheDaily Show" and "Colbert," though. Full episodes of both showsare available on and, in May, announced that it would stream the shows in full on its Fancastsite.

Hulu also said Tuesday that it would introduce PBS' "Nova,""Carrier," "Scientific American Frontiers" and "Wired Science"later in the month.

Hulu has more than 70 premium content partners and morethan 700 TV and movie titles. In addition to NBC Universal andNews Corp. content, the company has deals with Warner Bros.Television Group, Lionsgate, Sony, Universal, MGM, the NBA andthe NHL.

Besides its site, the service is distributedthrough Web destinations that include News Corp.'s ,Time Warner's AOL, , Microsoft's MSN and Fancast.
