Roadside bringing "Party" to theaters (Reuters)

NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) - Roadside Attractions hasacquired all U.S. rights to writer-director Jason Freeland'sfeature "Garden Party."

Vinessa Shaw ("3:10 to Yuma"), Willa Holland and Erik ScottSmith star in the tale of young people trying to succeed in theLos Angeles entertainment business. Freeland wrote thescreenplay based on a series of his short stories.

Roadside will release "Party" in New York, Los Angeles,Seattle and Portland, Oregon, on July 11.
